Fit in Six! Complete fat-loss fitness and nutrition plan
You're here because you would like to not only get into better shape, but you'd like the knowledge of how to get there and stay there in the future.
So! This is how things are going to work:
Upon clicking the 'Sign Up' button below, you will secure your spot in the next exclusive upcoming Fit in Six! plan.
10 days before the plan starts you will be added to the Fit in Six! team WhatsApp group. Here, you'll be automatically connected with your fitness coach and a number of other women who are on the same journey as you.
7 days before the plan starts you will be given your first piece of homework! You will need to take your body measurements, your height, your weight, and your starting photo (which can be shared privately, where it will remain private). All of this information will be used to track your progress throughout the plan!
6 days before the plan starts you will be sent your adjustable 6-week meal plan for you to review. If you have any questions/requests about this meal plan (or anything else for that matter), you'll simply send it directly to the group and your fitness coach will answer it in a jiffy. This applies throughout the entire plan.
5 days before the plan startsyou will be sent full plan instructions. Including all information on food prep, exercise prep, pre and post workout nutrition advice, warm ups, cool downs, sleep tips, and motivational music recommendations.
4 days before the plan startswill be for reflection! We are going to discuss why you are on this journey and what you expect to gain not only within the next 6 weeks, but for after it too. This day can also be used to clear up any pending questions about the plan.
3 days before the plan starts yo u will be sent your first week of workouts! Here, you can choose to do either 3 or 5 workouts per week! The only equipment you'll need is a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a yoga mat. All workouts can be completed at home.
2 days before the plan starts you will be asked to go shopping! Go and pick up all those ingredients needed to get you started with this awesome journey!
1 day before the plan starts is all about preparation. Getting your mind ready and in the zone for the 6 weeks ahead. It's going to be big! All last minute queries can be cleared up, and all those final knots can be tied before beginning.
The Fit in Six! plan starts! From here until the end we will all be on a journey together. You can use the WhatsApp group as a sense of community, a source of information, and to constantly remind you that you are not alone on this! New recipes, dynamic hobby ideas, ways to remain active, advice on how to stay fit and healthy after the plan, general queries, and motivational music can all be shared with the team and coach 24/7.
At the end of the plan we will discuss and share results! The coach will then decide who has worked the hardest/made the most progress.
The winner will be awarded with €100 prize money for their efforts!
3 days after the plan ends all final notes will be shared; including how to stay fit and active, how to cook and eat nutritiously, and where to contact your fitness coach should you have any questions in the future.
