Lose 1 pound of body fat per week without gym

It's really not as hard as you think.

Casting aside all fad diets, weight-loss supplements, and tricky machinery;
the key to fat loss really boils down to simply burning off more Calories you consume.

Let's say your total caloric intake for one day is 2,000 Calories (Calories in), your goal is to burn off 2,500 Calories in that same day (Calories out).

Try this 7-day fat-loss challenge:
1️⃣Download a free calorie counting app on your phone (MyFitnessPal is good) 
2️⃣Begin tracking your Calories by using the calorie-counting app and aim to remain below 2,000 Calories per day
3️⃣Download a pedometer on your phone (Step Counter is good)
4️⃣Begin tracking your steps by using the step-counting app and aim to hit at least 10,000 steps per day (much easier than you think) 
5️⃣Every day complete the 20 - 30 minute Fat-burn workout that I will send you FOR FREE (just head to www.MustardFitness.com and place your email address in the pop up that appears after 30 seconds - clink the link in my profile)

The steps will burn about 500 Calories. The daily workouts will burn about another 500 Calories. Just by keeping the body alive (temperature control, organ function, digestion, etc.) the average person will burn about 1,600 Calories per day. 
500 + 500 + 1,600 = 2,600 Calories out!

It takes a weekly caloric deficit of 3,500 Calories to burn 1 pound of fat. That's a consistent daily deficit of 500 Calories.
