The next time you tear open that salty bag of crunch, consider this:

How much is 500 Calories? Well, in order to burn off 500 Calories you would have to do one of the following:
Picture
- Play Rugby for 45 minutes
- Clean your house for 2 hours
- Zumba for 60 minutes
- Mow the lawn for 75 minutes
- Run at 9.5 KPH for 42 minutes
- Give someone a massage, for 2 hours
- Make out for 6 hours
​- Weight-lift for 75 minutes
- Play Tennis for 55 minutes
- Walk 10,000 steps...

Are the chips worth it? They may taste good, but they're packed full of sodium and trans fats too. Who needs that?
